Proposing we declare March 2026 as Game Preservation Month on Lost Game Archive. Activities could include:\n\n- Screenshot submission drives for each archived game\n- Oral history recordings from veteran players\n- Guide and walkthrough recovery projects\n- Developer interview efforts\n\nWho wants to help organize?

I am absolutely in. I can lead the guide recovery effort. I have contacts at archive.org who might help with Wayback Machine deep dives for lost game sites.

I will handle the oral history side. Already have a template for interviewing players about their experiences. We should focus on games that had unique communities.

Count me in for the lore documentation effort. I have been writing game histories and this would be a great deadline to finish several I have in progress.

I can do voice narration for any video content we produce. Also happy to help record the oral histories. This is exactly the kind of project this community needs.
