Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lost Game Archive ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate registration information
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights
- Spam, advertise, or solicit without authorization
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Platform or its services
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without written permission
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at our discretion.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Lost Game Archive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store that content as part of the Platform's operation.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate.
Nexus Game Rooms
Nexus hubs are coordination spaces for games. They are not game servers and do not host or run games. Hub leaders and editors are responsible for managing their hub's content and community. Abuse of hub management tools may result in removal of editor privileges.
The Vault
The Vault is a curated library of preserved game artifacts. All submissions are reviewed before publication. By submitting content to the Vault, you confirm that:
- You have the right to share the content, or it is in the public domain
- The content is submitted for preservation and educational purposes
- You understand that approved content will be publicly accessible
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content in the Vault infringes your copyright, please contact us with details and we will respond promptly.
Intellectual Property
The Platform's design, code, branding, and original content are owned by Lost Game Archive. Game names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Platform belong to their respective owners. Our use of these marks is for identification and archival purposes only.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases, though some content may be retained per our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of user-submitted content. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party games, servers, or services referenced on the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost Game Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the site. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
