Board games that deserve modern reprints

Post by ArcaneArchivist »

Some board games are nearly impossible to find at reasonable prices. Dark Tower goes for hundreds on eBay. Original HeroQuest sets are collector items.\n\nWhich out-of-print games do you think deserve the Restoration Games treatment?

Dungeon! from 1975. TSR made a board game version of D&D dungeon crawling that was perfect for kids. It deserves a premium reprint with updated art.

Atmosfear the whole series. The VHS format was genius and now with apps and streaming they could make an incredible modern version. The Gatekeeper concept is timeless.

Thunder Road from 1986. Post-apocalyptic car combat on a scrolling board. It actually got a modern reprint last year and it is fantastic. More games should get this treatment.

Mystery Mansion from 1984. A haunted house exploration game with actual keys that opened doors. The physical components were incredible for the time.
